Hansines Bakeri is a Bakery at 8380 Ramberg, Norway

Hansines Bakeri is a traditional stone-oven bakery in Nusfjord, one of the oldest and best-preserved fishing villages in the Lofoten islands of northern Norway. It has been baking since 1877. Tucked among the red-painted rorbuer and wharves that ring the tiny harbour, it opens only through the summer months, and no visit to Nusfjord feels complete without stopping in. Step through the door and the warm smell of fresh bread and pastries fills the little room, straight from the old stone oven. It makes a perfect pause while wandering the village, a taste of the past in a place that has changed little in a century and a half.
