Hundholmen Brygghus is a brewhouse and gastropub in central Bodø, on the ground where the town began as a trading post for northern Norwegian fishermen in 1813. It brings together a restaurant, a pub and its own microbrewery under one roof. The ground-floor restaurant cooks from scratch with seasonal ingredients, serving lunch and à la carte, while the house beers are brewed on the premises.
