Bjørk is an Italian-inspired restaurant in the Glasshuset in the heart of Bodø. The kitchen makes its own fresh pasta, bakes Neapolitan-style pizza in a wood-fired oven and cooks grill dishes over a Josper charcoal grill, alongside salads and desserts.
