ROKS is the relaxed sister restaurant to KOKS, on Gongin in central Tórshavn. It keeps the focus on top-quality Faroese seafood but takes a looser, more playful approach, mixing modern and classical techniques and inviting guests to get hands-on with their food. Service is professional yet easygoing. The kitchen is matched by a generous wine list, with a broad choice by the glass and a cellar of conventional and organic bottles, mostly from the old world with a few surprises thrown in, made for sharing over a leisurely meal with friends.
