Alex is an intimate fine-dining restaurant in central Kiruna, the realisation of a dream for its chef and namesake. His career took him from a two-Michelin-starred kitchen in Geneva to cooking as a private chef for a presidential family in Ecuador, and on to almost ten years as head chef at the Icehotel before he opened his own place. The menu changes with the seasons and leans on the best local produce, blending classic dishes with modern finesse and international experience. With just 26 seats per sitting, it is a personal and memorable experience in Sweden's far north.
