Aanaar is a restaurant beside the rushing Juutua River in the village of Inari in Finnish Lapland. Its name is the word for Inari in the Inari Sámi language, a nod to how firmly the place is rooted in the land and culture around it. The kitchen turns pure northern ingredients into award-winning dishes, guided by the turn of the seasons and by whatever the surrounding wilderness provides at any given moment.   • Totally recommend one of the menus (menu 5)! Food was delicious and service was excellent. The views of the lake are beautiful. Would definitely recommend! Price was around 60€ per person but worth it
