Lyst is a coffeehouse set among the flowers and lawns of Akureyri's Botanical Garden, one of the northernmost gardens of its kind in the world. A destination in its own right, it leans on the best of Iceland's homegrown producers, with its own sourdough bread, coffee and chocolate. The menu runs to fish with vegetables, avocado toast and savoury snacks, along with a list of natural wines. A lovely spot to pause over a meal or a coffee amid the greenery.
