Agenturet Øl og Vinbar is a beer and wine bar on Sjøgata in central Tromsø, a snug spot for a drink and an unhurried evening. It keeps some of the historic character of its old building alongside a relaxed, everyday feel, and forms part of the wider Agenturet, with a restaurant on the floor above. The bar opens onto Mackgaarden courtyard, a popular outdoor gathering place in summer and a sheltered one in winter. It makes a warm place to end the night in a city that lies well inside the auroral zone, where the northern lights are often out over the surrounding fjord and mountains.

  • New place. Excellent selection of beer & wine. I only tested their beer selection. Norwegian, Belgian (including sours), DK, US, UK etc. Quiet, music turned down, food medium priced *untested
