Tooloulou's is a casual, intimate fifty-seat restaurant in downtown Banff, locally owned and open since 2012. Its cooking blends Cajun and Creole flavours with a Canadian Rocky Mountain twist, a nod to the historical link between the Acadians of Canada's Maritimes and the Cajun culture of Louisiana. Chef Steve's philosophy is that made in house is best, so the dishes, sauces and sides are built from fresh, natural ingredients across generous breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. The brave can test their mettle against the Hot Shotz shelf of more than a hundred hot sauces.
